betmly accounts are available to individuals aged 21 and above only. Registration constitutes your confirmation that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in these Terms.
Each player may hold only one betmly account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the betmly Platform. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account using your correct credentials will be attributed to you. betmly strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must notify betmly immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
betmly may require identity verification at any time, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or upon account review. Documents typically required include a government-issued photo identity document (MyKad or passport) and, in some cases, proof of address and source of funds documentation.

Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposit or to verified accounts held in your own name. Withdrawals will not be processed if: (a) your account has not completed KYC verification; (b) bonus wagering requirements have not been fulfilled; (c) there are outstanding security reviews on your account; or (d) betmly has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or money laundering.
betmly aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the cashier page. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of the relevant payment provider, which are outside betmly's control.
All sports bets are subject to betmly's Sportsbook Rules, which govern accepted bet types (including Asian handicap, over-under, and mix parlay), void conditions, settlement procedures, and maximum payout limits. In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms and the Sportsbook Rules, the Sportsbook Rules shall prevail for sportsbook transactions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without betmly's prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betmly shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of the Platform; (b) any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages; (c) losses arising from circumstances outside betmly's reasonable control, including internet service interruptions, payment provider delays, or regulatory actions.
betmly's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits betmly's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Upon termination for cause, betmly reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Balances not subject to investigation will be returned to you via your last verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, net of any amounts owed to betmly.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which betmly holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to betmly's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support.
If a dispute is not resolved through the internal process within thirty (30) days, the matter may be referred to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism. You retain the right to pursue legal remedies available under applicable law.
